Design of an Automated Assembly System for Automobile Electrical Production LinesBased on PLC Control

【Abstract】This paper proposes a scheme for an automated assembly system for automotive electrical production lines that integrates preset programs with customizable parameterfunctions.The systemadopts ahierarchical architecture, including aninteractionlayer,alogic processnglayer,andahardwareexecutionlayer,supporting multipleapplication scenarios such as material feeding andassembly,workpiece transfer,proces conversion,andquality monitoring.The interaction layer provides customizable functions such as program selection and parameter configuration and recipe editing.The logic procesing layer isses control instructions basedon production line status signals,and the hardware executionlayer drives the execution mechanism to achieve automated assembly.Through design analysis,this system can enhance the flexibility and assembly efficiency of automotive electrical production.
