Research on Recycling and Echelon Utilization of Electric Vehicle Power Battery

【Abstract】With the rapid growth of new energy vehicles,power batteries will be decommissioned on a large scale inthe next few years.These decommissioned batteries still retain a considerable amount of usable capacity. Applying them totheechelonutilizationlink cannotonlyprolong the batery lifecyclebutalsoreducetheconstruction costof energy storagesystems.Basedon this,this paper focuses onanalyzing the feasibilityofconstructinga full-chain traceability mechanismand optimizing the automatic disassembly process,anddeeply explores the application schemes of echelon bateries in high-end scenarios such as large-scale energy storage.The purpose of this paper is to provide a reference forestablishing anenvironmentally friendlyeconomicallysustainablebaterylife cycle managementmodel.
