【Abstract】The quality of power battery pack assembly directly affcts the performance and safety of the whole vehicle.Theresearchaims tosystematically improve the acuracyandreliabilityof thebatterypackroboticassemblyline, solvethe problemof inconsistent qualitycausedby eror accumulationand component failure,and meet therequirements of high performance and high safety of products.Byanalyzingthe assembly accuracy requirements,an error transmision modelbasedonmulti-bodysystemtheory isestablished toquantifythe influenceofkeycomponent errors.Thereliability index isdefined,andthemodeandefectanalysisandtheWeibulldistributionmodelareusedfor modeling.Themethod of precisioncontrolandreliabilityimprovementisproposed,anditisverifiedbyacertaintypeassemblylinecase.fter application,the methodof collaborative design can effectivelyimprove the comprehensive performance of the assembly line,providea technical scheme forthehigh-precisionand high-reliabilityautomated productionof batery,and has practical value for the upgrading of the new energy vehicle manufacturing industry.
