Design Optimization of Electroplating Equipment for Automotive Gear Processing

【Abstract】In response to the problem of uneven coating in the batch electroplating process of automotive gears, this study designed an electroplating device with a dynamic layered structure.This deviceachieves spatial isolation of gears through modular partition frames,using slide rail guidance positioning and plug-in locking mechanisms to accuratelyadjustlayer spacing,integrating elasticsmoothing mechansms tocontrol the single-layer distribution of gears. Construction practice has shown thatthe optimized electroplating device efectively improves theuniformityof gear coating,increases electroplating efficiency,and achieves a product qualification rate of 98.3% .Thisarticle elaborates on thecore structural design,key parameteroptimization,and key pointsofconstruction process control ofthedevice, providing technical reference for the inteligent upgrade of surface treatment equipment for automotive parts.
