【Abstract】 Confronting the core pain-point that teaching scenes are divorced from real shop-floor reality,this studydesigns and validates ascenario-embedded practical-teaching model thattakes authenticproduction environments as its nucleus.By converging 5G communications,digital-twin technology and same-screen instruction,the model dissolves both physicaland information barrers between college and enterprise,pedagogicallyreconstructing production workflows while industrialising the teaching processEmpirical evidence from the course Automobile Maintenance and Servicing shows that the approach significantly narrows the gap betweencurricularoutcomesand industry requirements, enhances students'technical-transfercapabilityand overallprofessional literacy,andoffers areplicable pathway for deepening industry-education integration.
