【Abstract】With the transformation of the automotive industry towards low carbonization and high efficiency, lightweighting has become the core path to improve driving range,fuel economy,and collsion safety performance. Aluminumaloyhasbecomeakeymaterial forautomotive lightweightingdueto itslowdensity,high specific strength, andrecyclability.Thisarticlecombines industrydataandtypicalcases (suchastheTesla Model series)tosystematically analyzethe application points of new aluminum alloys inautomotivebody structures,suspension systems,interiors,and accessories.Italso explores thedevelopment trendsoflarge-scaleapplicationof high specific strength aluminum lithium alloys,collaborative optimization of advanced forming processes,and intelligent functional integration.
