Analysis and Optimization of the Causes of Range Attenuation in Pure Electric Vehicles

【Abstract】This article explores the root causes of range capability decline from the perspectives of power batery lifespan evolution mechanisms，electric drive system energyconsumption characteristics，and vehicle thermal management mechanisms.Basedon measured data，it proposes maintenance optimization solutions，includinga batery stateof health assssment model，thermal management system maintenance strategies，and electriccontrolparameter calibration optimization strategies.These measures provide technical support for the after-sales maintenance system and enhance the operational efficiency of vehicles throughout their entire lifecycle.
