Design of Fatigue Driving Detection System Based on K21O and STM32*

【Abstract】Fatigue driving impairs judgment and responsiveness,causing traffic acidents that threaten personal safety,property,andsocialstability.Thispaperproposesaneficient,low-costreal-time monitoringsystemfordriver fatigue,consisting of an OV2640 camera, K210 AIchip,STM32 microcontrollr,acousto-optic alarm,and OLEDdisplay. The OV2640 captures facial images inreal time.The K210 uses the Histogram of Oriented Gradients (HOG)algorithm for facerecognition,quantifies eyeopening via68 facial keypointsandtheEyeAspectRatio (EAR),andsends results tothe STM32 viaaserialport.TheSTM32asssesfatigue;ifdetected,itriggersthebuzzerandLEDforalarm,withtheOLED displaying results synchronously.Testresultsconfirmthesystem's highaccuracy,rapid response,low power consumption, and controllable cost,making it widely suitable for fatigue detection and real-time driving status early warning
