Research on Intelligent Adjustment Design of New Energy Vehicle Suspension System

【Abstract】Due to the concentrated layout of the battery pack on the chassis,the body weight of the new energy vehicle icreasesand thecenterof mass moves upward.The traditional suspension is dificult to meet therequirements of driving stabilityenergy eficiencyand passenger comfort,the integrated chasis spaceand intellgenttechnology characteristics bring opportunities for suspension system innovation.Therefore,this paper discusses the intellgent adjustment designof the suspension system of new energy vehicles,designs low-interference sensor networks and spatial adaptive adjustment modules,andcompletes typical working conditions verificationand iterativeoptimization.This study aims to provide a technical implementation path reference forthe dynamic performance upgrading of electric vehicles.
