【Abstract】Through theapplication of theoretical derivationand literature research，the relationship between the volume and noiseof theactuatorandthe transmisionratio wasanalyzed，and thentheoptimal gearparameters that meet thevolumeand noiserequirements of the working conditions were obtained.The implementationofvisual simulation with the Python language provides a new idea for the optimization of actuator design.
