【Abstract】Although the existing directional valve spool features a compact structure and excellnt sealing performance，itrequires specialized molds forcasting，resulting inhighproductioncostsandunsuitabilityforwidespread adoption.The manufacturing processof thedirectional valvespooldesigned inthis studyissimple，withlowproduction costs and good operational performance，making it suitable for large-scale promotion.
