【Abstract 】This article focuses on the communication system architecture of the Batery Management System(BMS) of Rongwei Ei5,analyzes thecorefaultcausesofthecircuit,hardware,and software,andsummarizes the standardized process of "initial inspection $$ layered detection $$ precise repair". Combined with typical cases,it provides maintenanceplansand suggestions forthediagnosisandrepairofcommunication failures,offering practical technical references for the troubleshooting of communication failures of this model.

BMS通信故障核心原因分析
BMS通信故障的核心原因包括: ① 线路层面,CAN总线易因磨损断路、采集排线绝缘老化,接插件受环境影响氧化进水,线束卡扣松动破坏传输特性;② 硬件层面,电池管理单元(BatteryManagementUnit,BMU)芯片、传感器及 120Ω 终端电阻故障,车载充电机( 0n -BoardCharger,OBC)通信接口损坏影响交互;软件层面,固件兼容问题、编码错误、升级失败及协议漏洞引发异常;电磁干扰与极端温湿度会导致信号失真、元件性能衰减;充电桩协议不兼容、电池传感器单元(BatterySensorUnit,BSU)地址重复会造成通信协商失败或总线拥堵。(剩余3173字)
