Differential Pressure Fault Diagnosis and Maintenance Technology for Power Batteries of New Energy Vehicles

【Abstract】This study based on data acquisition technology and balanced control strategies,focuses on the research of diagnostic methods and maintenance techniques for single-cellpressure difference faults in new energy vehicle power bateries,with aparticular emphasisonanalyzing thecauses,impacts,and handling strategiesof pressure difference faults.Byusing high-precision sensors to monitorthe real-time voltage information of individual cells, combined with passveresistance balancing andactivecapacitancebalancing methods,theconsistencylevel of the battery pack can be improved.Research has found that diffrential pressure faults are mainly caused bydiffrences inthe aging rate of baterycels,uneven temperaturedistribution,anddeviation inthestateofcharge,resultinginadecrease in the availablecapacityof thebaterypack,anincrease intheriskof thermalrunaway,andashortenedcycle life.Forlithium iron phosphate bateries,a balanced replenishment repair plan is proposed,while for ternary lithiumbatteries,direct replacement is recommended.The research results provide technical supportforthe precise maintenance of power baery systems,reduce the occurrence offailures, extend battery life,and improve overall vehicle performance.
