Application and Research of Reverse Engineering Technology in Automobile Parts Repair

【Abstract】This paper uses a 3D scanning system to scan damaged automotive parts and obtain the point cloud datafiles of the parts.The point cloud data obtained byscanning was systematicalyanalyzed and organized withthe help of the GOM Inspect detection and analysis software.The wireframe model was constructed based on the spatial distribution lawof thepointcloud,andthe damagedpart was reconstructed byoptimizing the point and line layoutof thedamagedarea.Byusing thebuilt-inanalysis toolofGOM Inspect,the force analysis simulationof thereconstructed model iscarriedout.Meanwhile,real-time comparison isconducted with theoriginal point clouddata tocalculatethe dimensionaldeviationbetweenthenewlyconstructedsurfaceandtheoriginalpointcloudaray,andtogenerateactionable repair suggestions.This method efectively resolves the technical challenges of repairing individual parts after damage, providing a practical and feasible solution for the repair scenarios of complex parts.

随着科技的不断发展,逆向工程技术日趋成熟,加之三维扫描设备精度的持续提升,其在产品尺寸精度采集领域的应用愈发广泛,逐渐取代了部分较为落后的机械测量设备。(剩余3519字)
