【Abstract】 Stamping mold is the core equipment for the forming of auto parts. Its manufacturing accuracy and maintenance level directlydetermine theproduction eficiencyandproductqualityof automobiles.Thisarticle focuses onthe fieldof stamping mold technologyinthe automobile industry,systematicallexplains the precision manufacturing technology system,including structuraldesignoptimization,materialselectionand processing,molding processadptation andqualitycontrol; deeplyanalyzes the typical failure forms and triggers ofmolds,andconstructionoffailure detection, failure mechanismanalysis and risk assessmentsystem; puts forward targeted maintenance plans,advanced repairprocess and lifeextension strategy.The research results provide technical support for improving the reliability of automobile stamping mold manufacturing and reducing operationand maintenance costs,which is of great significance to promote the upgrading of automobile manufacturing equipment.
