Design and Experience Optimization of Sunken Electric Vehicle Battery Swap Stations

【Abstract】Charging efficiencyand batery degradation will continue to restrict the development of pure electric passenger vehicles,and the battry swapping mode is a feasible solution to tackle the above challenges.This paper systematicallyanalyzes the potential advantages andactual predicaments of the bateryswapping mode,summarizes the key requirements for the planning and engineering design of battry swapping stations,and designs a ground-sunken bateryswapping station.This design willincrease the ground clearance of the chassis by three times,providing the necessary space for the automated circulationof battries and thereby addresing the safety and user experienceissues caused by lifting vehicles in traditional batteryswapping.Inaddition,byoptimizing thebatterycompartment plug-in mechanism, the battery capacity and ultimate service capability have been increased by 50% within the same space. The research willelaborateonthesystem architectureandoperationalmechanism,explore the technological evolutionpath, and provide decision support for the large-scale application of batery swapping mode and industrial progress.
