【Abstract】Aiming atthespatial constraintsand reliabilitychalenges faced by theelectrical systems of Formula Student racing cars under extreme working conditions such as high temperature,oil immersion and high-frequency vibration,adesignmethodofFlexiblePrinted Circuit (FPC)isproposed.This methodsignificantlyenhancesthereliability of FPC under extreme working conditions byconstructing asystematic processof spatial geometric design,schematic design,plateandframedesign,and integrateddesign,andcombiningsimulationtechnologytooptimize heatdissipation capacityand structural strength.Basedon this method,the flexible transformationand applicationof the transmission solenoid valvecontrol circuit,batery signal acquisitioncircuit and low-voltage control circuit were completed,solving the problems ofqualityredundancyand low spaceutilizationof traditional wiring harnesses,improving the lightweighting degree ofFS,and simultaneously reducing the assembly and maintenance costs of wiring harnesses.This research providestheoreticalsupportandenginering practiceexamples fortheflexibledesignandapplicationofFS electrical systems, promoting the lightweight and integrated development of FS electrical systems.
