【Abstract】As the core powertrain,the operational stability of electric vehicle transmission and drive systems directlydetermines driving safetyand eficiency.Basedon engineering practice,thispaper expounds the functionof single-stage reducerin transmision systemand the working principle of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) indrive system,analyzes common faultsandcauses of thetwosystems,compares the diferences between traditionaland modern inteligent diagnostic technologies,focusesonsensor-basedreal-time monitoringand vehicle-cloud datafault predictiontechnologies,and constructs amaintenance system by integrating remote online diagnosis,augmentedreality (AR)-assisted maintenance and predictive maintenance,soas to provide technical support forimproving the maintenance efficiency of power systems and reducing costs.
