【Abstract】The automatic detection technology of stamping dies is a key means to achieve intelligent manufacturing，improveproductqualityandproductioneficiency.Atpresent，theapplicationofthis technologystillfaces challenges suchas high initial investment，strong industrial environment interference，and insuffcient generalization abilityof the algorithm.To this end，this paper proposes to integrate multiple technical means such as machine vision， laserscanningand non-destructive testing tobuildanautomateddetectionsystem，and promotethedeep integrationof artificialintelligence and digitaltwin technologies.Researchshows thatautomatic detection technologycaneffectively achieve predictive maintenanceand fullifecycle managementof molds，and isan important direction for promoting the intelligent transformation of stamping manufacturing.
