Design and Practice of New Energy Vehicle Electrical System in Guizhou Mountainous Scene

【Abstract】In view of the problems of high risk of high voltage insulation failure,low control accuracy of battery managementsystem (BMS)andpoor eficiencyoffault diagnosis intheelectrical systemofnewenergy vehiclesunder the conditions of rainy,high humidityandlow temperature bumpy in Guizhoumountainous areas,combined with the needs ofregional industrialdevelopment,thespecialdesigniscariedoutfromthedimensionsofweatherresistanceintegration of high voltage electrical system,multi-conditionadaptationof BMS,vehicle network and faultdiagnosis optimization. Throughtheoptimizationofthe IP67sealstructureof thehigh-voltagedistributionbox,theinnovationoftheBMSadaptive equalizationcontrol algorithm,theanti-interferencedesignoftheCANFDbus,andthethree-levelverificationsystemof "virtualsimulation-realvehicletest-sceneverification",thehigh-voltagefaultrateoftheelectricalsystemisreduced from thetraditional designofO.8 times/km toO.12 times/km,theequalizationaccuracyofthe BMScell is increased to ±5mV , and the fault diagnosis time is shortened from 120min to 42min
