Application of Automatic Printing of QR Codes for Car Switches and Robot Labeling

【Abstract】Aiming atthe problems of low eficiency,high errorrate and difficult information traceability in manuallabeling of automotive switch production lines,this paperdesigns and implements aset of intelligent equipment integrating high-precision pneumatic printing and labeling,robot vision-guided pickingand precise labeling,online quality nspection and automatic sorting.The system takes the high-energy pneumatic printing and labeling machine as the core,combined with the four-axis SelectiveCompliance AssemblyRobotArm (SCARA),high-pixel industrialcamera and customized positioning fixture.Realize the fullyautomated processfromautomatic generationand printing of QR codes,precise picking and positioning by robots,high-precision labeling to quality inspection,binding and diversion. Practical applications show that the labeling position accuracy ofthis system is beter than ±O.5 mm,significantly improvig production efficiencyand product yield,reducing labor costs,and providing an efective solution for the intelligent production and quality traceability of automotive parts.
