【Abstract】This paper presents a set of innovative design methods for wiring harnesses for intelligent electric vehicles，includingarefined electricalbalancecalculationmodelbasedondynamicloadspectra，safety-drivenpower supply and grounding redundancy design，dual-dimensional wiring harness design based on models and rules，and collaborative design and verification of through the integrated digital main line.
