【Abstract】As the automotive industry accelerates its transition toward inteligent and electric vehicles, mechatronics technology has emergedas a pivotal forceinovercoming traditional mechanicalimitationsandenhancing overall ehicle performance.This study focuses on the in-depth application mechanismsand evolutionary pathways of mechatronics technology withinautomotive electronic control systems.It systematically analyzes the fundamental architecture based on perception,decision-making,and closed-loop execution,elucidating the coupling mechanisms between multi-source signal processing and precision actuation.It delves into the specific applications of this techology acrossthree major subsystems—powertrain,chassis safety,and body electronics—revealing its technical logic in improving fuel economy,enhancing dynamic stability,and refining human-machine interaction experiences.
