Research on the Collaborative Education Mechanism of Mental Health Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

AbstractWith the continuous deepening of educational concepts,vocational colleges are increasingly emphasizing the comprehensive development ofstudents' psychological qualities in talent cultivation. Psychological health education, as animportant partof implementing the fundamental task of cultivating moral character,is gradually moving froman auxiliary position to the main batlefield of educating people. However, there are still many shortcomings in the psychological education mechanism,curriculum system,and teaching staff of current vocational colleges,which have affectedthe improvement of educational efectivenessBased onthis,the article proposes strategies such asbuildinga diverseandcollaborative organizational structure,promoting thecollaborative integration of psychological education content,andbuilding a high-level psychological education team,inorder to construct a scientific andeffcient collaborative mechanism for mental health education.
