AbstractPostdoctoral research stations are key platforms for the organic integrationof universities，research institutes，andresearchteams.Thearticle starts with thesynergistic effect of "schoolcollgeteam"ontheconstruction of aviation safety postdoctoral mobile stations，and explores the characteristic development path of aviation safety postdoctoral mobile stations.The article analyzes the colaborative relationship between the "University-CollgeTeam"and proposes a collaborative construction path for the aviation safety postdoctoral esearch station from five aspects： clarifying collaborative goals and responsibilities，establishing effective communication mechanisms， optimizing resource allocation， strengthening team building， and improving evaluation systems.This provides a theoretical basis for improving the research and management level of the postdoctoral research station and promoting its high-level construction.
