Paradigm Reconstruction of Organizational Behavior Course from the Perspective of New Liberal Arts: Local Context and Collaborative Education

AbstractThe article takes organizational behavior,a fundamental course in management discipline,as an example. Basedon nationalpolicy guidanceandacademic research foundation,itreconstructs thecurriculum paradigm through the two-way driveoflocalcontext embeddingand collaborative education mechanism,and proposes asystematic reformpath of"theoretical localization-methoddiversification-practicereflection".Bydeveloping casestudiesofChinese enterprise management, inovating thecolaborative teaching modeof"government industryuniversityresearch",anddesigning the reflection tool "Knowand Act", we aim to constructa curiculum system thatcombines cultural adaptabilityand practical innovation.Theresearch aims to provide theoretical supportand practical paradigms for the cultivationofnew liberal arts talents,and to asist in the high-quality development of Chinese characteristic business education.
