Exploration and Study of Ideological and Political Guidance in Applied Universities from the Perspective of Teachers and Students

AbstractPromoting "tutoring ideological and political education" isan inevitableapproach forcultivating applied postgraduate education in the new era.This paper analyzes the perceptions of ideological and political education in tutoring interaction, growth guidance,and academic research fromthe different perspectives of teachers and students, and summarizes thecurrent problems in "tutoring ideological and political education",suchas the wide gap in tutoring evaluation perception,the dislocation of tutoring role expectations,the emphasis on academia over employment in growth guidance, and the long way to go in collaborative education. It proposes improvement measures such as establishing a two-way dialogue and equal interactive tutoring relationship,strengthening systematic guidance,and reinforcing collaborative education,so as to promote the construction of a teacher-student growth community and achieve a leap in the quality of ideological and political education.
