AbstractThe article analyzes the currnt situation ofonline teaching ofpathogenic biology and immunologythrough a questionnaire survey,and explores the impact of diferent online teaching methods on students'learning outcomes. Data analysis shows that online teaching has significant advantages in enhancing students'self-learning ability and innovative thinking,butthere are also some challenges,such as students'needs for online teaching platforms,learning preferences,classroom interaction modes,and post classlearning strategies.The article proposes targeted teaching reform suggestions aimed at optimizing the online teaching mode and improving the quality ofonline teaching.
