Research on the Construction Strategy of Integrated Skills Competition Training System in Secondary and Higher Vocational Schools

AbstractIn response to the problems of poor course connection，low student participation，single guidance teacher team，incomplete selection mechanism，and inadequate incentive mechanism in the integrated skills competition training system ofsecondary and higher vocational education，the article points out that teachers can adopt strategies such as hierarchical and progressive reconstruction of the integrated curriculum system of secondary and higher vocational education，establishment of cross school competition training camps，constructionof diversified teacher teams，strengthening school enterprise colaborationand resource coconstruction，etc.，to form acompetition training system and education model of"standard seting，resource sharing，and ability progression".Practice has shown that this systemcan efectively improve students'participationrate and competitionresults，promote theorganic connection oftalent cultivation insecondaryand higher vocational education，and provide valuable experienceforthe integration of long-term vocational education.
