Research on the Training Mode of Applied Talents in Local Universities from the Perspective of Entrepreneurial Universities

AbstractEmbeding the values and practical mechanisms of entrepreneurial universities into the applied talent training systemof local universities can help improve thefitof talent training，further reshape the intemal organizational logic and external service functions ofuniversities，and achieve a paradigm leap from "academic educationled"to "ability generation led".Thearticleanalyzes theconnotationofentrepreneurialuniversitiesandproposes implementationstrategies forreshaping educationalconcepts，optimizingcuriculumsystems，andimproving institutionalsystems inresponse to thechallnges faced bylocaluniversitiesincultivatingappliedtalents.Theaimis toclarifytheinterallogicofuniversitydevelopmentandbuild a modern higher education ecosystem with regional adaptability and organizational innovation.
