AbstractEducational management in grassroots open universities can promote the continuous development of adult learners and enhance the overallsocial quality.The applicationofthe "student-centered" concept can improve students' learning effectiveness and cultivate their autonomous learning ability. In response， this paper proposes practical paths， including customizing learming plans based on needs， guding students to stimulate their exploration potential， building communities to promote mutual growth，using multi-dimensional fedback to enhance precise management，and providing psychological support to boost leaming motivation.The aim is to optimizethe teaching management model，stimulate students'initiativeand learning potential，and promote the refinementand humanizationof educational management.
