Innovative Practice of Talent Training Model for Health Management Major in Vocational Colleges

AbstractThe innovation of talent cultivation mode forhealth management majors in vocational collges is notonly in response to the urgent need for thetransformation and upgrading of the health management system，but also the necessary meaning for vocational education to serve society and lead industrydevelopment.The research is based on the realistic background of industry evolution trendsand educational structure transformation，aiming to clarifythe functional positioning and development path of health management major in the higher vocational education system， propose strategies such as optimizing professional positioning， clarifying talent goals，and reconstructing curriculum system，andconstructamulti-dimensional，multi-evel，andpracticeorientedtalentcultivationnewmodeltobeakthe single logicof traditional teaching and cultivate composite technical and skilled talents with professionalcompetence， technical application ability， and social service ability.
