Research on the Co-construction and Sharing Mechanism of Training Equipment in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on Industry-Education Integration

AbstractWith thecontinuous deepeningofvocationaleducationreform，industry-education integration has becomea key path for higher Vocational colleges to improve the qualityof talent training.Asan important support for practical teaching，theco-constructionand sharing oftraining equipment is ofgreat significance for optimizing resource alocation andimproving use eficiency.This paper focuses onthe co-construction and sharing mechanism of raining equipment in higher vocational collges fromthe perspectiveof the industry-education integration community，analyzes thecurrent existing problems，and discusses the models and implementation paths ofco-constructionand sharing，aiming to provide relevant theoreticalreferences for promoting the efficient useoftraining equipment in higher vocational collges and the deep integration of industry and education.
