AbstractThis studysystematically explores the substantive operation mechanism and practical path of the in-depth integrationoftheeducationchainand industrial chain.Basedon thedual tractionof policy guidance and market demand，the internal mechanism of resourcecomplementarityand value co-creation，the institutional guaranteeof organizational collaboration and benefit sharing，as wellas theenvironmental supportof technological empowerment and cultural integration，the research reveals the generative logic and multi-dimensionalvalue of industry-education integration.Byconstructinga"two-wheel drive-four-dimensionalcollaboration"theoreticalmodel，this paperproposes a substantive operation framework with knowledge flow and human capital flow as the core drivers，supported by industrialcolaboration，educationalcollaboration，esourcecollaboration，andinterestcollaboration.Furtherore，it designs practical paths including field reconstruction，resource coupling， platform governance，and systematic safeguard measures，aiming to solve theproblem of disjointed industry-education integration and promote thecollaborative development of talent training，technological innovation， industrial upgrading，and educational reform.
