AbstractThis research proposesa production-education integration training modelbasedonthe outcome-based education concept.This model isorientedbyindustrial needs,reconstructs thetalent trainingsystem,clarifies leaming outcomes,andensuresthatteachingcontentiscloselyconnectedwithactualwork.Theresultsofcasedataanalysisshowthat graduatestrainedwiththenewmodelhavesignificant improvementsinkeyindicatorssuchas employmentachievement, enterprisesatisfactionandskillmatching degree,therebyverifyingtheeffectivenessofthe production-education integration training model based on the outcome-based education in improving the quality of software testing talents.
