Exploration and Practice of the Production-education Integration Training Model Based on the Outcome-based Education Concept

AbstractThis research proposesa production-education integration training modelbasedonthe outcome-based education concept.This model isorientedbyindustrial needs，reconstructs thetalent trainingsystem，clarifies leaming outcomes，andensuresthatteachingcontentiscloselyconnectedwithactualwork.Theresultsofcasedataanalysisshowthat graduatestrainedwiththenewmodelhavesignificant improvementsinkeyindicatorssuchas employmentachievement， enterprisesatisfactionandskillmatching degree，therebyverifyingtheeffectivenessofthe production-education integration training model based on the outcome-based education in improving the quality of software testing talents.
