The Influence of Information System on the Development of Hospital Training Teachers

（1.DepartmentofEducation，The Third Afiliated Hospital ofSun Yat-sen University， Guangzhou， Guangdong ; （2.DepartmentofInfectious Diseases，TheThirdAffliated HospitalofSun Yat-senUniversity，Guangzhou，Guangdong） AbstractWith the rapid development of information technology，the application of information systems inthe field of medical education is becoming increasingly widespread.This study explored the impact of information systems on standardizedtraining （residencytraining）for hospitalresident physicians througha questionnaire survey.Researchhas shownthat information systems have significant positive efects in improving teaching efficiency，promoting teacher development， and facilitating student management. However， the evaluation of the use of information systems by resident trainees is relatively low，reflecting thatthe system stillhascertain shortcomings. Inthisregard，the article proposes corresponding improvement suggestions in order to provide useful reference for the informationization construction of hospital resident trainees.
