AbstractAgainst te backdropofcontinuous deepeningofvocationaleducationreformandaccelerated industrial upgrading， thedemand for"dualqualified" teachers in vocationalcoleges has become increasinglyurgent.The article focuses onthe teachingmanagementsupportmechanismfortheconstructionofa"dualqualifed"teaching teaminvocationalcollges.Based ontheconcepts ofindustryeducation integrationandcompetencybasedapproach，andusing iteratureresearchandcaseanalysis methods，asystematic mechanismcovering institutional guarantees，training anddevelopment，aessmentandevaluation， incentiveguarantes，andesourcesupportisonstructed.Intendedtopromotethedepintegrationofvocationalcolge talent cultivation with industrydemand，andprovidekeysupport forthe high-qualitydevelopmentofvocational education.
