AbstractAgainst te backdropofcontinuous deepeningofvocationaleducationreformandaccelerated industrial upgrading, thedemand for"dualqualified" teachers in vocationalcoleges has become increasinglyurgent.The article focuses onthe teachingmanagementsupportmechanismfortheconstructionofa"dualqualifed"teaching teaminvocationalcollges.Based ontheconcepts ofindustryeducation integrationandcompetencybasedapproach,andusing iteratureresearchandcaseanalysis methods,asystematic mechanismcovering institutional guarantees,training anddevelopment,aessmentandevaluation, incentiveguarantes,andesourcesupportisonstructed.Intendedtopromotethedepintegrationofvocationalcolge talent cultivation with industrydemand,andprovidekeysupport forthe high-qualitydevelopmentofvocational education.
