AbstractKelman's atitude change theory reveals the psychological mechanism of individual atitude change from three dimensions： compliance， identification， and internalization， which has important theoretical guidance significance for theconstruction ofaclean culture in vocationalcolleges.The current constructionofaclean culture in vocational colleges faces problems such as insuffcient institutional guarantes，and there is anurgent need forscientific theoretical guidance.Basedon Kelman's atitudechange theory，vocationalcolleges can explore a scientific path for building aculture of integrity from threedimensions： improving the institutional guarantee system，creating acompliant environment，constructing a diverse evaluation mechanism， promoting the processof identification，and optimizing implementation strategies to help internalize transformation.
