AbstractThe diagnosis and improvementof internal quality assurancesystem，as thecore mechanismof quality governanceinhighervocationalcolleges，isastrategicproject topromotetheinclusivedevelopmentwithintheinstitution. Inthe processofbuildinganinternal quality assurance system，due tothe lackof institutional constructionresources， insufficient useof information platforms，andalack of subjectconsciousnes，the work of medical reform is prone toa superficialstateof"dynamicpromotion".Thisstudytakesthemarketingfoundationcourseasapracticalcarrerinnovatively introduces theDMAICquality management model，and relies on the interal qualityassurance system constructedbythe schooltoestablishafivestepoptimizationpathcenteredondefining theneeds of teachersandstudents，measuring teaching problems，analyzing interalreasons，improvingcourseplans，andproviding feedbackandsupervisionfromteachersand students.It provides certain experience reference for the diagnosis and reform work of similar majors.

为贯彻落实教育部《高等职业院校内部质量保证体系诊断与改进指导方案（试行）》，浙江省教育厅研究制定《浙江省高职院校内部质量保证体系诊断与改进工作实施方案》《浙江省职业教育“十四五"发展规划》等系列文件要求，义乌工商职业技术学院以“整体设计，持续推进，融入主体，自我保证，目标导向，任务驱动，多元诊断，量化可控"为工作原则，健全完善学校人才培养质量保证体系，构建具有本校特色的职业教育质量文化，形成常态化、可持续的诊断与改进工作机制。（剩余4119字）
