AbstractThe construction of thermal engineering courses that highlight the characteristics of the energy storage profession driven bythe newquality productivityis aninevitablechoice forthe high-qualitydevelopment ofthe energy storage profession.From the perspective of high-quality training of energy storage profesionals, expanding the scale of energystorage incolleges anduniversities,as wellascurriculumconstruction under thebackgroundof‘new engineering', this paper analyses the necesity and significance of reforming the thermal engineering curriculum, proposes specific reform measures such as adding energy storage application modules, strengthening the integration of new media technologies,and increasing the proportion of practical activities, which strongly support the teaching and training mode of energy storage professionals in colleges and universities to move forward to a higher level.
