Multidimensional Teaching Reflection and Exploration on Semiconductor Device Physics under the Background of Emerging Engineering Education

AbstractThe physics of conductor devices is a core foundational course for majors such as integrated circuits, electronic science and technology, microelectronics science and enginering,andits teachingqualitydirectlyaffects the cultivation of students' professonal abilities.Based on the characteristics of the semiconductor device physics course,this article analyzes the problems intheteaching of this course,and then under the guidance ofthe "studentcentered" concept, withthe goal of enhancing students'subjective initiative and improving teaching quality,considers and explores the application strategies of diversified teaching modes in the teaching of this course: emphasizing the learning mainline, proposing to guide students to construct a content framework; Introducing cuting-edge industry trends into teaching; Design engineering practice application scenarios; Utilize device simulation software to visualize theoretical content.
