Abstract: In-Situ Selective Activation of Plant Growth Promoting Rihzobacteria (ISSA PGPR) colonizes the plant rhizosphere system,which can promote plant growth.Taking acertain river channel as the research object,ISSA PGPR technology equipment is deployed for in situ remediation of groundwater pollution,and the reduction of ammonia nitrogen concentration and Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD)inthe water body is monitored to evaluatethe effect of in-situ remediation of groundwater polution.After the application of ISSA PGPR technology,the average reduction rate of ammonia nitrogen in groundwater reached 86.95% , and the average reduction rate of COD reached 86.57% ,the application efectofISSAPGPR technologyinin-situremediationofgroundwaterpolutionisgood,and itcan fectively remove pollutants.
