锂电池回收过程中的污染治理与资源化利用技术研究

Abstract:Thelarge-scaleapplicationof lithium bateries hasled toacontinuous increase in waste,and pollution control and resource utilization during their recycling process have become the core research topics.This paper analyzes the polution sources and mainpollutant characteristics in the processoflithiumbattryrecycling,explores the technical paths of chemical,physical,andbiological treatmenttechnologiesandcomprehensive treatment,andsummarzesthestrategies for improving polution control and resource utilization efficiency by combining rare metal recyclingand purification, organic solvent regeneration,new material preparation and other resource utilization methods.Research has shown that comprehensivegovermanceand inteligent optimization based onmulti technology integrationcan significantly improve recycling eficiencyand environmental friendliness,providing technical supportand theoreticalreferenceforthegreen development of the lithium battery recycling industry.

废锂电池含有钴、锂、铝、铜、铁等可回收的金属资源,以及电解质、有机黏结剂等有毒成分,如果不对废锂电池中的金属物质进行回收处理、对有毒物质进行有效处理,就会降低金属资源的利用率,造成严重的环境污染,有毒有害物质经过生态系统的自然循环,最终会进入人体或以各种形式影响人们的身体健康。(剩余4222字)
