Abstract： With the accelerationof urbanization，the utilization of urban land resources is facing increasingly serious ecological and environmental pressures.Exploring strategies forurban land resource planningandsustainable utilization based on ecological concepts，analyzing the main problems of ecological pressreand uneven utilization in curent land use，and combining ecological assessment techniques，dynamic monitoring management systems，and policy support measures，proposing technicalpathsand managementsuggestions forachieving sustainableutilization of landresources.The researchresults areof great significance for improving urbanland use eficiency，protecting the ecological environment，and promoting sustainable urban development.
