从钯/树脂催化剂中高效回收钯的工艺研究

Abstract: Taking intoaccount thecost of recycling and the feasibilityofthe process,the experimentadopts aroasting acid leaching processto treat palldium/resin catalysts,aiming to effciently recoverpalladium elements from materials. Under the optimal process conditions,the roasting temperature is 600‰ ,roasting time is 5 h,leaching acidity is 4 mol/L, temperature is 80 C , oxidant dosage is 3% of the raw material, leaching time is 2.5h ,liquid-solid ratio is 5,and the palladium leaching rate can reach 97.4% . The experimental results indicate that the roasting acid leaching process can be used to treat the material and achieve eficient leaching of palladium in the material, with good application prospects.
