Abstract： The geological characteristics oflead zinc miningarea in Guizhou province are complex，and thedistribution ofore bodiesisiregular，andsignificantlyaffectedbytectonicmovement.Thedeposit is mainlylaminar，pulseandlens distribution，withhighoregrade.Mineralizationiscloselyrelatedtohydrothermalactivity，andthehighconcentrationof lead zinc element iscommon inore bodies，especiallinfaultsandfold zones.Hydrogeological characteristicsalso have animpac onmining，and fissre waterand pore water penetration is strong，leading to prominent waterdamageproblems. Acording tothe complex geological conditionsof the mining area，the specific strategy ofoptimizing the mining is put forward to improve the utilization effciency of mineral resources and reduce the environmental damage.
