Abstract： Asystematic studywas conductedonthepollutioncharacteristicsof PharmaceuticalsandPersonal Care Products （PPCPs） in waterbodies of chemical and pharmaceutical industry intensive areas，and annual monitoring was carried outusing solid-phase extraction-liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry technology.Research has shown that there are significant spatial diferences inPPCPspolltioninthestudyarea，andthepolution levelissignificantlycoelated withthelayoutofcoastalindustries;theriskofantibioticpolltants isthemostprominent，withriskfactorsofO.8～3.2for ciprofloxacin and 0.5～2.1 for norfloxacin， respectively.
