Abstract： Inorder to improve the accuracyand effciency ofsoil efective phosphorus assessment，modern analytical techniques，includingphysicochemical propertyanalysis，biological detection，geographic informationsystemandmodeling methods，wereused tostudy thespatialandtemporaldistribution characteristicsofeffective phosphorus intheregion，taking alarge agricultural county in Henan asan example.The results show thatthe modernanalytical techniques significantly improvesthelimitationsof the traditionalanalytical method，andrealizestheaccuratepredictionofeffectivephosphorus through high-precisionmodeling，whichprovidesascientificbasis foroptimizingthefertilization strategyandsoilresource management.
