Abstract： The Caoguan area of Xihe county is located in the central southern part of the Lintan-Huixian leadzinc mineralizationbelt，with favorable mineralization conditions.Byconducting soil geochemical measurements，the geochemical characteristicsoftheregion canbeidentified，providingabasis fortrenching engineering.Research has shown that geochemicalsurveying isaneffective geological prospecting methodin the Caoguanareaof Xihecounty，achieving good prospecting results.
