Abstract： Regarding thecarbon emisions of civil buildings incold regions，taking the libraryofEast Universityof Heilongjiang as the research object，acarbonemission calculation model was constructed using thecarbon emission factor method and energy audit method.It was found that the main sources ofcarbon emisions during the operation phase come fromelectricityand heating.Basedonthis，emissionreduction strategies are proposedfrom multiple dimensions，aimingto providereference for energy conservation and emision reductionof the museum and other cold area civil buildings，and help them move towards zero carbon development.
